Blackstone Pizza Loaded Pretzels
Blackstone Pizza Loaded Pretzels is an easy to make game day or camping griddle recipe… or a fun, easy dinner loaded up with your favorite pizza toppings!
I made these at the same time as Cuban Loaded Pretzels on the griddle for a game day snack!

How to make Blackstone Pizza Loaded Pretzels
First, mix some melted butter with kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Then preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium/ medium low.
And place six soft pretzels, top side down, for 2 minutes.
Add a bag of mini pepperonis to an empty space on your griddle and mix them a few times.

Flip the pretzels over and brush them with the melted butter.

Sprinkle plenty of mozzarella cheese over the pretzels and add the mini pepperoni over top with a little more kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Cover them with a melting dome or griddle lid.
You can squirt some water on the griddle right before covering to create steam to speed along the melting.

Once the cheese is melted, serve Blackstone Loaded Pizza Pretzels with pizza sauce for dipping!

Just look at that cheese pull!

YUM!
