Blackstone Pizza Grilled Cheese Sliders
This recipe for Blackstone Pizza Grilled Cheese Sliders is a fun dinner idea or game day snack!
These are not your traditional King’s Hawaiian sliders, these are kind of like inside out sliders that are nice and toasty thanks to the griddle.

How to make Blackstone Pizza Grilled Cheese Sliders
Slice the King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half to separate the top and bottom.
I use a large serrated knife for this.
Then mix some melted butter with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper.

And brush this on the cut side of both halves of the rolls.

Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium low/ low (I used my indoor Blackstone griddle set to 325 degrees).
Place some pepperoni slices in a single layer on the griddle for 2 to 3 minutes then scoot them to the side.

Next, place the rolls, cut side down on the griddle and flatten slightly with your spatulas.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on both sides, and season both sides with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper.
Add some pizza sauce and pepperoni to one side of the rolls and cover with a lid or melting dome.
You can add some water to the griddle before covering to create some steam if desired.

Once the cheese is mostly melted, flip the cheesy half of the rolls over the pepperoni side.
And cover again until the cheese is melted and your bread is toasted to your liking.

Slice Blackstone Grilled Cheese Sliders and serve with more pizza sauce!
