Blackstone Peach Maple Bacon Chicken and Waffles
Blackstone Peach Maple Bacon Chicken and Waffles is an easy, tasty griddle recipe for breakfast or brunch with a peach maple bacon jam!
This was part of my Bengal’s Game Day Snack Series when they played the Falcons, ya know… Georgia peaches 😉
And I made Spicy Goetta Chicken and Waffles at the same time on the griddle for Cincinnati!

How to make Blackstone Peach Maple Bacon Chicken and Waffles
First, cook the chicken tenders according to package directions in the oven or air fryer (I used the air fryer in my Blackstone) while you prepare the peach maple bacon jam.
Either 6 smaller chicken tenders or 6 larger ones to cut in half after cooking.

Then preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle over medium heat.
Use kitchen scissors to cut 1/2 pound of bacon into bite size pieces and add the bacon to your griddle.

Cook the bacon for 4 to 5 minutes, until the bacon is almost cooked through, and soak up some of the grease with paper towels.
Add 2 diced peaches and cook them with the bacon for 3 to 4 minutes.
And place the waffles on an empty space on the griddle, flipping them a few times.
Remove the waffles once they are warm and toasty.

Add 1/3 cup of maple syrup, 3 tablespoons butter, kosher salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to the peaches and bacon.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and remove with spatulas or a small scoop into a bowl.

Assemble the chicken and waffles with the crispy chicken tenders on each waffle.
Top with the peach maple bacon jam and more maple syrup if desired.
Blackstone Peach Maple Bacon Chicken and Waffles was sooo tasty and we loved the candied maple bacon pieces with the soft, sweet peaches 🙂
