
Blackstone Lemon Parmesan Broccolini
One of the biggest benefits of cooking recipes on a large griddle space is being able to make a complete meal all at once with a yummy side dish of Blackstone Lemon Parmesan Broccolini.
On this night I made blackened catfish on my Blackstone griddle in addition to this easy and delicious side dish.
The cook time and temperature was just about the same so everything was ready at once.
And if you never have tried broccolini I highly recommend it!
It’s very similar to broccoli but has a somewhat sweet flavor and a better texture in my opinion.
How to make Blackstone Lemon Parmesan Broccolini
I started with two bunches of broccolini.
And some lemon, garlic, and parmesan cheese.
You can use any cooking oil of choice, I love using avocado oil because of the high smoke point.

Put everything that you need on a tray to easily carry it out to your griddle in one trip.
I am taking a shortcut by using garlic paste, but minced garlic would work just fine too.

First preheat your griddle to medium low for several minutes.
Then add some cooking oil, broccolini, kosher salt, and pepper.
Cook for 6 to 7 minutes turning and flipping a few times.

Then add a tablespoon each of the the garlic paste or minced garlic, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese.
And cook for another 3 to 4 minutes turning and flipping on the griddle.

As you can see, the catfish and broccolini are all done at the same time.
And with not one dirty pot or pan.

Blackstone Lemon Parmesan Broccolini
Equipment
- Blackstone Griddle
Ingredients
- cooking oil of choice
- 2 bunches broccolini
- kosher salt, pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic paste or minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium low for several minutes. Add some cooking oil of choice, the broccolini, kosher salt, and pepper.
- Cook 5 to 6 minutes turning and flipping the broccolini a few times.
- Add the garlic, parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Cook 3 to 4 more minutes turning and flipping a few more times.
