
Traeger Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizzas
All the yumminess of chicken cordon bleu tops these Traeger Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizzas in this mash-up recipe!
When I make Smoked Old Bay Chicken, I like to dice or shred it and use in as many recipes as possible.
So the chicken was already smoked and ready to go, and I used store bought naan flatbreads for the crust.
Therefore these pizzas took just a few minutes to throw together… and they came with a side of wood fired flavor thanks to the Traeger pellet grill 🙂
How to make Traeger Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizzas
So we have some Swiss cheese, which is traditional in chicken cordon bleu.
But also some shredded mozzarella to add to the cheesiness of these Traeger flatbread pizzas 🙂
And some deli ham and the Smoked Old Bay Chicken that I cut up.

Plus two packages of Stonefire Naan Flatbreads.
Two flatbreads come in each package for a total of 4 pizzas.

First mix together some mayo and Dijon mustard.
And spread evenly on the four flatbreads.

Then a few slices of Swiss cheese on each.

Next the diced deli ham and smoked chicken.
Finally the shredded mozzarella and we are ready for the Traeger!

Set your Traeger or pellet grill to 375 degrees.
And place the pizzas right on the grill grate.

They will cook for 12 to 15 minutes total.

Just remove them once the cheese is melted and the flatbreads are crisped how you prefer.

Garnish Traeger Chicken Cordon Bleu Flatbreads with parsley or chives if desired and serve 🙂
These are perfect for everyone to have their own individual size pizza.
Or cut them up and serve as a nice appetizer.

Traeger Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizzas
Equipment
- Traeger/Pellet Grill
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 packages Stonefire Naan Flatbreads (2 flatbreads come in each package)
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup cooked, diced chicken (smoked chicken recipe in post above)
- 1 cup diced deli ham
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional: parsley or chives for garnish
Instructions
- Put the mayo and mustard in a bowl and stir until combined.
- Put the four naan flatbreads on a tray or baking sheet. Evenly spread the mayo mustard over each flatbread.
- Add two slices of Swiss cheese to each flatbread and top each with the chicken, ham, and mozzarella cheese.
- Set the Traeger pellet grill to 375 degrees. Place the pizzas right on the grill grate for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley or chives if desired.
