Blackstone Philly Cheesesteak Burritos
I almost love this recipe for Blackstone Philly Cheesesteak Burritos even more than griddle cheesesteak sandwiches!
Less bread means more steak filling goodness in every bite.
And the crisp from the tortillas, thanks to the flat top grill sear, is unbelievable 🙂
Do yourself (and your friends or family) a favor and make these VERY soon!
How to make Blackstone Philly Cheesesteak Burritos
We are starting with your basic cheesesteak ingredients.
Steak, of course, along with an onion, mushrooms, and green pepper.
Plus some garlic and Worcestershire sauce.
And the cheese, mayo, and tortillas.
First slice the veggies.
And cut the steak into bite size pieces.
Prepare your ingredients and put them on a tray to easily carry outside to your griddle or flat top grill.
I mixed together some mayo and horseradish for a slight kick with the sauce.
Preheat your griddle to medium heat for a few minutes.
Then add some cooking oil and the sliced veggies.
Season with kosher salt, pepper, and steak seasoning blend.
And cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping with your hibachi spatulas a few times.
Next add the steak, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and more kosher salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.
And cook another 6 to 8 minutes on the Blackstone griddle.
Just remove them once everything is cooked how you like.
I turned my griddle off as I assembled the burritos.
Place a large flour tortilla flat and add 2 slices of provolone cheese.
Then a good amount of the mayo mixed with horseradish, banana peppers might be a good addition too.
And lots of the steak filling.
Roll them up and head back out to the griddle with your 4 burritos.
Then heat your griddle to medium low.
Add a little more cooking oil and place the burritos seam side down.
Cook them for a minute or two per side, just remove them once they are seared and crisped how you prefer.
.
Ahhhhh, just look at that steak filling with melty cheese… Blackstone Philly Cheesesteak Burritos sure are amazing!
I really don’t think any talking happened at the dinner table as we devoured these like vultures.
I mean, can you blame us?!
SOOOO flipping tasty!!!
