How to make Smoked Bang Bang Chicken Bowls
First make the bang bang sauce in a bowl.
Simply add 1/3 cup of sweet Thai chili sauce and 1/3 cup of either mayo or plain Greek yogurt.
I prefer the mayo slightly more, but the plain Greek yogurt cuts a lot of fat and calories.
So it’s on the healthier side.
Then add 1 to 2 tablespoons of sriracha and stir until combined.

Next warm up about 1 1/2 cups of leftover smoked chicken.
I kind of shred my leftover chicken when packaging it up so it was already in smaller pieces.
Then toss it with a few spoonsfuls of the bang bang sauce.
I also microwaved the rice pouches according to the package directions and divided them up into two bowls.

Finally top the rice bowls with the chicken and spoon even more bang bang sauce over top.
I garnished my Smoked Bang Bang Chicken Rice Bowls with sesame seeds and green onions 🙂

You might have some bang bang sauce left.
If so just place it in a container with a lid and store in the fridge to use in another dish or as a dipping sauce.

We like to mix ours all together for an easy leftover meal that is far from boring.
