Blackstone Potsticker Veggie Stir Fry
I’ve cooked tortellini, pierogies, even ravioli on my griddle so I thought why not create a fun recipe for Blackstone Potsticker Veggie Stir Fry?!
Starting with frozen potstickers to make this dish super easy.
The veggies I am using are bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and green onions… but you can mix it up with the veggies you prefer of course.
For the sauce I went with the packets of sauce that came with the potsickers.
Also some soy sauce and this Japanese BBQ sauce, or you could use hoisin sauce.
Trust me, this is NOT your typical BBQ sauce… it’s soooo good with Asian flavors and a slight sweetness.
How to make Blackstone Potsticker Veggies Stir Fry
First, prepare your ingredients and put them on a tray to easily carry outside to the griddle.
These potstickers are not cooked, but I did thaw them.
Preheat the griddle to medium heat for a few minutes.
Add some cooking oil along with the peppers, carrots, and mushrooms on one side of the griddle (season with kosher salt and pepper).
And the potstickers on the other side.
Cover the potstickers with a melting dome and add a little water to steam them.
Cook both for 4 to 5 minutes, flipping the veggies a few times.
Flip the potstickers halfway through and add more water before covering again with the melting dome.
Then add some green onions, minced garlic, and an optional ingredient of grated ginger.
Also add more cooking oil if needed and mix it all together with hibachi spatulas.
And cook 2 to 3 minutes.
Finally add the sauce mixture of the potsticker sauce packet, soy sauce, and the Japanese BBQ sauce or hoisin sauce.
Then cook and mix together just another minute or two.

So flavorful and yummy đŸ™‚
