Blackstone Smashed Chicken Caesar Tacos
This simple griddle recipe quickly became a new favorite on our family… Blackstone Smashed Chicken Caesar Tacos are unbelievably delicious!
The kids even started coming up with even more yummy ideas for smashed tacos as we devoured these.
I’m here for it… I love that my kids have a love of Blackstone griddle cooking and amazing food like their ole’ mama 🙂
How to make Blackstone Smashed Chicken Caesar Tacos
First put a pound of ground chicken into a bowl.
And add a tablespoon of garlic and herb seasoning, a little garlic powder, kosher salt, and pepper.
Mix this together with your hands and roll into 8 balls.
You can see from the picture, they don’t have to be perfect at all.
And put them on a tray.
Preheat your flat top griddle to medium heat.
Drizzle some cooking oil of choice and place the balls on the griddle.
I use olive oil, but everyone seems to have their own favorite cooking oil.
Then cover each with a soft taco size flour tortilla.
And use a burger press to smash them flat.
My husband actually made mine, how sweet is he?!
Cook for 4 minutes and then flip them.
Just another minute or two after flipping and we are ready for the Caesar salad topping!
Mix together the chopped Caesar salad kit according to the directions.
And add some salad to each taco before serving.
Blackstone Smashed Chicken Caesar Tacos were messy to eat but that’s just part of the fun 🙂
