Blackstone Marry Me Chicken
This griddle recipe for Blackstone Marry Me Chicken is low carb and Keto approved with only 9 carbs per serving!

How to make Blackstone Marry Me Chicken
First prepare your ingredients and put them on a tray to carry outside to the griddle.
I have a diced onion, sliced mushrooms, 2 pounds of diced chicken thighs, garlic, spinach, and sundried tomatoes.
And of course, some heavy cream and cheesy goodness.
Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat.
Then add some cooking oil of choice along with the onions, mushrooms, kosher salt, and pepper.
And the chicken along with Italian seasoning.
Cook 6 to 7 minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times.
Then add some garlic and spinach, cook 2 to 3 more minutes.
Toss in some sun-dried tomatoes, which for me is the BEST part of Marry Me chicken!
Finally add the mozzarella, parmesan, and heavy cream.
Mix with spatulas, containing the cream with your spatulas until it thickens into a sauce.
Add more kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning and cook 1 more minute.
Garnish with basil if desired.

- Blackstone Griddle
- Flat Top Grill/ Griddle
Ingredients
- cooking oil of choice
- 1 onion diced
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breasts) cut into bite size pieces
- kosher salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 pint heavy cream
- Optional: basil for garnish
Instructions
