Blackstone Chili Crisp Breakfast Sandwiches

Blackstone Chili Crisp Breakfast Sandwiches

I like to spoil my husband by meal prepping breakfast recipes for him on the griddle. This week’s creation was Blackstone Chili Crisp Breakfast Sandwiches!

I was inspired by a foodie friend, Trish, at Dancin’ In The Kitchen to add chili crisp to the eggs.

And now I’m soooooo extra glad I follow her because it was ahhhh-mazing!

How to make Blackstone Chili Crisp Breakfast Sandwiches

First form a pound of breakfast sausage into 6 patties.

Then place the rest of the ingredients on a tray to easily carry outside; English muffins, 6 eggs, some butter cut into smaller pieces, 6 slices of pepperjack cheese, sriracha mayo, and the chili crisp.

I like using these Blackstone serving trays!

prepped ingredients on a tray

Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium low.

And start by cooking the sausage patties.

While the sausage is cooking, place some egg rings on the griddle.

I only have 4 egg rings, so I did my eggs in batches.

Place a pat of butter in each egg ring, crack an egg, and season with kosher salt, and pepper.

Then a spoonful of chili crisp, as much or as little as your heat preference allows.

Let the eggs cook for about 2 minutes.

Then remove the egg rings and flip them.

I started my two remaining eggs and also placed the English muffins cut side down in some butter for a minute.

Remove the English muffins once toasted how you like and add a slice of pepperjack cheese over each egg.

Finally drizzle some sriracha mayo on the bottoms of each English muffin and assemble the sandwiches.

My husband will bring one for breakfast each day this week and reheat for a minute in the microwave.

And I enjoyed the sixth one as a reward for being the best wife ever 😉
