
Pineapple Sriracha Chicken Outdoor Pizza
My latest creation in the Blackstone Outdoor Pizza Oven is a mix of sweet and spicy… Pineapple Sriracha Chicken Outdoor Pizza!
As you can tell from my ingredients, I was feeling lazy… but that just means this is a quick and simple weeknight meal.
Store bought pizza dough, already cut fresh pineapple, pre-shredded cheese, AND pre-cooked chicken.
Some days it be like this, and some days I cook from scratch 🙂 It’s all about balance 😉

How to make Pineapple Sriracha Chicken Outdoor Pizza
First preheat your pizza oven between 500 to 600 degrees while you make the pizza.
Then stretch or roll your dough to 12 to 14 inches.
And place on a pizza peel that has been sprinkled with semolina flour to prevent sticking.
Spread some olive oil and pizza sauce, sprinkle on the shredded mozzarella cheese, and add the pineapple pieces.
I did cut the pineapple chunks into smaller pieces.

Next place the cooked, diced chicken.

And a sprinkle of the Blackstone Pineapple Sriracha seasoning if you have it.

By this time your pizza oven should be between 500 and 600 degrees.
Launch the pizza into the pizza oven and don’t walk away… these cook fast!

The pizza will cook for only 2 to 3 minutes, just remove with the pizza peel once the crust is cooked how you prefer, and the cheese is melted.

A little drizzle of sriracha over top completes this sweet and spicy masterpiece.

Pineapple Sriracha Chicken Outdoor Pizza
Equipment
- Outdoor Pizza Oven
Ingredients
- 1 portion pizza dough (homemade or store/restaurant bought)
- 1 teaspoon semolina flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced chicken
- 1 teaspoon Blackstone Pineapple Sriracha seasoning (optional)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sriracha
Instructions
- Preheat your outdoor pizza oven to 500 to 600 degrees while you make the pizza.
- Stretch your pizza dough to 12 to 14 inches. Sprinkle semolina flour on your pizza peel (to prevent sticking) and place dough on pizza peel.
- Spread olive oil and pizza sauce evenly on dough. Sprinkle cheese, pineapple, and chicken evenly and then sprinkle pineapple sriracha seasoning if using.
- Use the pizza peel to slide the pizza onto the pizza stone and cook 2 to 3 minutes.Note: Pizza stone should be rotating as oven preheats, turn rotation off when placing pizza on stone, and start rotating again as pizza cooks.
- Use pizza peel to remove pizza and drizzle sriracha over top before slicing and serving.
