Blackstone Griddle Lobster Ravioli

We are getting a little fancy on the griddle with this dinner recipe for Blackstone Griddle Lobster Ravioli!

Lobster tails were on sale at Costco, so we splurged and man oh man… we enjoyed every single bite.

I added some sliced peppers and tossed it all together on the Blackstone in a garlic lemon herb butter.

How to make Blackstone Griddle Lobster Ravioli

First preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat and add cooking oil.

A sliced red and yellow bell pepper with kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning go on one side of the griddle.

And a bag of lobster ravioli to the other side.

Add some water to the ravioli and cover with a melting dome.

Mix the peppers a few times with spatulas and uncover the ravioli a few times to mix and add more water before covering again.

You can set the melting dome aside and then add a pound of lobster that has been cut into bite size pieces.

Also, some butter, garlic, kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Mix all of this yummy goodness together and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.

Finally add some fresh herbs of choice and lemon juice.

Toss it all together on the griddle and we are ready to eat!

I griddled up some sliced French baguette to serve with the meal and lemon wedges to squeeze over top.

Blackstone Griddle Lobster Ravioli is a fancy but simple griddle recipe with fresh herbs and a lemon butter garlic sauce for a complete meal!

Equipment

  • Blackstone Griddle
  • Flat Top Grill/ Griddle

Ingredients
  

  • cooking oil of choice
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • kosher salt, pepper, Italian seasoning blend (I used Blackstone Tuscan Herb)
  • 1 (8-ounce) bag frozen lobster ravioli thawed
  • 1 pound lobster cut into bite size pieces
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs of choice (I used parsley, basil, and thyme)
  • Optional: lemon wedges to squeeze over top

Instructions
 

  • Preheat griddle to medium. Add cooking oil of choice to entire griddle. Add the peppers, kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to one side of griddle. Add the ravioli with a squirt of water to other side of griddle, cover ravioli with melting dome.
  • Cook both the peppers and ravioli for 5 minutes, mixing the peppers a few times with spatulas. Remove the melting dome from the ravioli a few times, mix, and add more water before covering again.
  • Set melting dome aside, mix together the peppers and ravioli. Add lobster, garlic, butter, kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, mixing a few times.
  • Add lemon and fresh herbs, cook 1 more minute, mixing together. Serve with more lemon wedges if desired.
