Blackstone Hot Honey Chicken Subs
I made myself a salad, but my husband got Blackstone Hot Honey Chicken Subs for his dinner.
I made the hot honey chicken all at once on the flat top griddle, used my chicken for Hot Honey Peach Chicken Salads and easily made these sandwiches for him.

How to make Blackstone Hot Honey Chicken Subs
Preheat your Blackstone or flat top griddle to medium heat.
Add cooking oil of choice, chicken, kosher salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, and seasoning blend of choice.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times.

I went with a mix of Honey Jalapeno and Blackstone All Purpose seasoning.

Drizzle some hot honey on the chicken and cook 4 to 5 more minutes.

Plus a squeeze of lemon during the last minute of cooking.

Divide the chicken on the griddle into 4 piles, or however many subs you are making.
Add shredded cheese to melt over top and toast your sub buns if desired.

My salad with the hot honey chicken, peaches, and burrata was my dream meal… but my husband did share a bite of his Blackstone Hot Honey Chicken Subs 🙂

This is my kind of chicken dinner. There is just something so appealing about having sandwiches for dinner in the summer, and your hot honey chicken hits the spot splendidly! I especially love your seasoning blend. It adds so much fabulous flavor to the chicken.
