Blackstone Bang Bang Chicken Fried Rice
I love bang bang sauce, and I love hibachi style fried rice on the griddle… so I combined my two loves into a Blackstone Bang Bang Chicken Fried Rice recipe.
Typically I drizzle yum yum sauce over my rice, but in this case it’s alllllll about the easy to make homemade bang bang sauce.

How to make Blackstone Bang Bang Chicken Fried Rice
With any fried rice recipe on the griddle, you’ll start by making 6 to 8 cups of Jasmine rice.
Spread it on a tray and store in the fridge for a few hours so the rice gets that nice, crisp texture.

Then make the star of this show… the bang bang sauce!
Simply whisk together 1/2 cup each of mayo and sweet Thai chili sauce along with some sriracha and lemon juice.

Then put the rest of the ingredients on a tray to carry out to the griddle.
I have a pound of diced chicken, a diced onion, 1/2 cup soy sauce, minced garlic, green onions, and 3 eggs.

Preheat the griddle to medium high heat for a few minutes.
Then add some cooking oil along with the rice and eggs on one side.
And the chicken, onion, kosher salt, and pepper on the other side.

Mix the rice and eggs together, and mix the onion and chicken together… but keep them separate on the griddle.

Cook both 5 to 7 minutes, then mix them all together with hibachi spatulas.

Add the garlic, soy sauce, green onions, and half of the bang bang sauce sauce.
Mix everything together on the griddle and cook 5 to 7 minutes.
Spread the rice flat and press down a few times for a crispier rice texture.

Serve the Blackstone Bang Bang Fried Rice with the rest of the bang bang sauce 🙂

SOOOOO good, and a nice change from regular hibachi style fried rice.
