Blackstone Salted Caramel Brownies
What an easy, yet decadent and highly addictive dessert recipe for the flat top griddle… Blackstone Salted Caramel Brownies!
Keeping things sooooo simple by using the Ghirardelli brownie mix AND my all time favorite sweet treat, the dark chocolate sea salt caramel squares.
You’ll also need some silicone egg rings, which you can order from Amazon.
How to make Blackstone Salted Caramel Brownies
First, prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions.
And unwrap a few of the chocolate squares.
And hey, if ya “accidently” unwrap too many… you have a sweet treat to enjoy before your sweet treat 😉
Then preheat your griddle to the lowest heat setting.
And place a few silicone egg rings on the griddle.
Spray well with nonstick spray, or get a cute helper (like my son) to do this part.
Fill each, not quite to the top, with the brownie batter and top them off with a sea salt caramel square.
Then cover with a melting dome or lid for 11 to 13 minutes.
Once they are finished sprinkle some sea salt or kosher salt over top.
Gently lift the egg rings, rocking them back and forth if needed, to create a perfect circle.
I served these Blackstone Salted Caramel Brownies to my friends on our girls night and they were gone quick 😉
So easy, but I think they have quite the stunning presentation.
