Blackstone Apple Cheesecake Quesadillas

Blackstone Apple Cheesecake Quesadillas

We are already into November, friends! So it seems only proper to celebrate by making Blackstone Apple Cheesecake Quesadillas.

The weather was still 80 degrees the day I made them, so not very fall-like… but I’m perfectly okay with that 😉

You have some easy options for the cheesecake… they do sell tubs of refrigerated cheesecake filling.

Or I am using a box of no-bake cheesecake that I prepared according to the package directions (minus the crust).

Prepare the cheesecake filling if needed, and put some brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

Forks and napkins are required for this tasty treat on the griddle!

They are great reheated if your family or friends won’t eat them all, just don’t top what you aren’t serving right away.
