Blackstone Sausage Gravy Breakfast Burritos
My husband’s two favorite breakfasts are sausage biscuits and gravy and breakfast burritos, so this griddle recipe is a combo made especially for him… Blackstone Sausage Gravy Breakfast Burritos!
You can use leftover homemade sausage gravy, canned, or carry out from your favorite breakfast joint.
How to make Blackstone Sausage Gravy Breakfast Burritos
First crack 6 eggs in a bowl, add kosher salt and pepper, and beat with a fork until combined.
Then put the sausage gravy, cheese, tortillas, and butter on a tray to easily carry out to your Blackstone.
I am also using this Blackstone Lumberjack seasoning blend, especially made for breakfast dishes.

Preheat the griddle to medium low.
Add some butter and once melted slowly pour the eggs.
Use your spatulas to keep the eggs contained at first.

And scramble the eggs for 2 to 3 minutes.

Then mix in about a cup of shredded cheese.

Set up a burrito building station with the sausage gravy, cheesy eggs, and warm the tortillas for a few seconds to make them more pliable.

Spread some sausage gravy and add your cheesy eggs to the center of each tortilla.
This should make about 8 burritos total.

Then fold the sides in and tightly roll the burritos.

Finally, add the burritos to the griddle, seam side down, (still on medium low) for a minute or two per side.

This will toast and crisp them slightly.

Blackstone Sausage Gravy Biscuit Burritos sure are an awesome spin on traditional breakfast burritos!

Now my husband has breakfast to bring to work each day this week, well… minus the one I snagged 😉
