Blackstone Chicken Parmesan Sloppy Joes
An open-faced garlic toast sandwich with Italian vibes was my latest griddle creation… and I call them Blackstone Chicken Parmesan Sloppy Joes.
They delivered in both the promise of messy and having allll the yumminess of chicken parm!
The BEST part… this whole meal is made on the Blackstone or flat top griddle in 12 minutes with the easiest clean up ever.

How to make Blackstone Chicken Parmesan Sloppy Joes
First, preheat your griddle to medium.
Then add cooking oil of choice, a diced onion, kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook the onion for about 3 minutes, mixing with spatulas a few times.

Then add a pound of ground chicken, more kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
I really like this Blackstone Tuscan Herb seasoning.

Also 6 cloves of minced garlic.
Mix this together with spatulas and cook about 4 minutes.

Next add 2 to 3 cups of marinara sauce.
The amount depends on how saucy you prefer this to be.

Combine with spatulas and scoot this mixture to the side of your griddle.
You also may need to scrape the center of the griddle clean.

Place 8 slices of thawed garlic toast for about 1 to 2 minutes per side.

Finally, a slice of provolone cheese goes onto each slice of garlic toast.
And use your spatulas to top them with the chicken mixture.

A sprinkle of parmesan and basil and you can enjoy these Blackstone Chicken Parmesan Sloppy Joes with your family 🙂

- 2 to 3 cups marinara sauce
- 8 slices frozen garlic toast thawed
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded or shaved parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat griddle to medium heat. Add cooking oil, onions, kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook 3 minutes, mixing a few times with spatulas.
- Add ground chicken, garlic, more kosher salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, mixing and breaking apart chicken with spatulas.
