Blackstone Chicken Tortellini Caesar Salad
Blackstone Chicken Tortellini Caesar Salad is my newest recipe creation on the griddle, so fresh and a perfect way to lighten up the flat top grill tortellini recipe that’s SO popular right now!
Also a fun way to jazz up a boring chicken Caesar salad!
Just a few simple ingredients and you have a fabulous, complete meal made on the Blackstone griddle.
How to make Chicken Tortellini Caesar Salad
First, thaw a 10 ounce bag of frozen cheese tortellini.
Then dice 1 1/2 pounds of chicken, I used thighs but chicken breasts work too.
Mince some garlic, get out your favorite seasoning blend (I used Old Bay seasoning), and head to the griddle.
Preheat your griddle to medium heat for a few minutes.
Add some cooking oil, the tortellini, and a little water to one side of the griddle.
Drizzle more cooking oil, the chicken, kosher salt, pepper, and seasoning blend of choice to the other side of the griddle.
Cover the tortellini with a melting dome for 5 to 6 minutes.
Remove the dome to mix and flip them a few times with hibachi spatulas, add more water each time before covering them again.
Mix the chicken as it cooks a few times as well.
Set the melting dome aside, combine everything, and add the garlic.
Cook together with the hibachi spatulas for 3 to 4 more minutes.
Let the chicken and tortellini cool while you make the Caesar salad.
I just have some chopped romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and Caesar salad dressing.
Toss it all together right before serving.
Blackstone Chicken Tortellini Caesar Salad was loved by everyone in the family!
Which is rare to make a meal that pleases everyone 🙂
If you aren’t going to serve it all at once, store the salad without the dressing in the fridge.
Then toss the dressing in right before enjoying it.
